The New York Yankees have acquired right-handed reliever Mark Leiter Jr. from the Chicago Cubs for prospects, right-hander Jack Neely, and infielder Ben Crowles.
Leiter has a 4.21 ERA with a 13.1 K's/9 over 39 relief appearances this season.
