The New York Yankees have acquired second baseman/outfielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. from the Miami Marlins for catching prospect Agustin Ramirez and infield prospects Abrahan Ramirez and Jared Serna.
Chisholm is hitting .249 with 13 HR's, and 22 stolen bases in 101 games this season.
