President Donald Trump, alongside Hyundai Chairman Euisun Chung announced the investment of roughly $21 billion in the US.
Hyundai is building a $5.8 billion steel plant in Louisiana bringing in almost 1,500 jobs.
The South Korean company is adding another automotive plant in Georgia and with the investment plans to produce another 1.2 million vehicles annually creating over 100,000 new jobs by 2028 company wide.
