Trump's DC Trial Postponed

Rumors swirled this morning as reports emerged that President Donald Trump's D.C election interference case disappeared from the court docket. The question was, did the case get postponed?

Later on Friday U.S. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan officially suspended President Trump's March 4th trial in Special Counsel Jack Smith's bogus election case. The case is postponed while Trump appeals his presidential immunity claim.

Judge Chutkan rejected those arguments of presidential immunity, so Trump appealed to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Chutkan then paused the proceedings. Corrupt Jack Smith tried to urge the Supreme Court to decide the matter, but they declined.

The appeals court has yet to issue a ruling since it heard the arguments last month.
