President Donald Trump was back in a Manhattan Federal courtroom on Wednesday for another bogus E. Jean Carroll sexual assault case. This time it's to determine how much Trump pays Carroll in damages.
Left-wing activist Judge Lewis Kaplan continued to show his bias in court. He even warned Trump that he would have him removed from the courtroom.
Trump said...
"I would love it. I would love it."
Judge Kaplan - "I know you would like that, because you just can't control yourself in this circumstance apparently."
Trump responded...
"You can't either."
This corrupt Judge was even going back and forth with Trump lawyers Alina Habba and Michael Madalo. The Judge has been openly combative with Trump and his lawyers, and has even made negative public statements about Trump. A normal, non partisan court system easily would've had him recuse himself for all the negative comments & hostility he has displayed.
In May, a partisan Manhattan jury found Trump liable for battery and defamation but not on her rape claim. There was no evidence the two ever met. No evidence of rape and no witnesses. No workers or customers remember anything happening or seeing Trump in the Bergdorf Goodman store where the "rape" supposedly happened. Carroll even admitted she didn't know when it happened, but thinks it was May of 1996.
That jury, despite lack of evidence, decided that "orange man bad" so we have to get him at least on battery. Then they found him guilty of defamation simply because Carroll's feelings got hurt with Trump denying the incident happened. "He was too mean" in defending himself.
According to Carroll's own testimony, she needs tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars because Trump saying "she wasn't his type" made it difficult for her to "get up in the morning."
