On Monday, President Donald Trump appealed the $454 million judgment that New York activist Judge Arthur Endoron handed down in Trump's civil fraud trial.
Attorneys for President Trump said in a court filing that they are asking the appeals court to determine whether Judge Engoron "committed errors of law and or fact" and whether he abused his jurisdiction and or discretion after his February 16th ruling against Trump.
Trump's attorneys asked Judge Engoron to delay the payment ordered in the bogus civil fraud case brought by corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James, pending an appeal, but of course the crooked left-wing judge denied the request.
