On Wednesday, left-wing activist Cook County Circuit Judge Tracie Porter issued an order disqualifying President Donald Trump from the Illinois state's Republican primary ballot.over his alleged involvement in the january 6th 2021 Capitol Fed Riot due to the 14th Amendment's insurrection clause.
The outrageous decision overruled the Illinois State Board of Elections which already unanimously dismissed the challenge to have Trump removed from the ballot last month.
"Today, an activist Democrat judge in Illinois summarily overruled the state's board of elections and contradicted earlier decisions from dozens of other state and federal jurisdictions," Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung said Wednesday.
***Porter paused the decision from going into effect as Trump planned to appeal the decision.
