Once a potential tropical cyclone, now Tropical Storm Francine has been named and is heading toward Louisiana.
The National Hurricane Center said Francine has sustained winds of 60 mph and is gradually expected to strengthen over the next few days, becoming a category 1 hurricane by the time it reaches the Louisiana coastline on Wednesday.
Francine is threatening to have torrential rain, flooding, strong winds and storm surge potential.
