The NBA has announced that Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson, has been suspended for 25 games without pay for violating the league's anti-drug program.
Thompson tested positive for two substances: Ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033.
The suspension will begin immediately, beginning with the Cavaliers next game on Wednesday night at the Milwaukee Bucks.
