The United States Supreme Court (SCOTUS) has accepted President Donald Trump's petition for immediate review of the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot.
"The petition for writ of certiorari is granted," the procedural order said.
Petitioners' and amicus briefs are due by January 18th, and respondents' and amicus briefs are due by January 31st. Any reply briefs will be due by February 5th and oral arguments are set to begin on February 8th.
