Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on Trumps Immunity

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments over President Donald Trump's immunity claims in special counsel Jack Smith's D.C. election case. The case is currently on hold while it was being appealed and will now await the Supreme Court's ruling.

Oral arguments are set for April 22nd.

Smith requested the Supreme Court to rule on the matter earlier but they declined to rule ahead of the lower court that was hearing the appeal. Of course the three judge panel of far left activist judges ruled against Trump, and then he requested the Supreme Court to stay the decision.
