Arkansas Razorbacks left-handed starter Hagen Smith tied a school record with 17 strikeouts on Friday night.
Smith's first 15 outs were all strikeouts versus the #7 Oregon State Beavers.

"It was all about getting the first pitch for a strike. Being ahead the whole time, I felt like I was able to free up the zone. I wish I could've gone one more inning. I had some good defense behind me tonight and it was a good win," Smith said.
