Playing in his first major final, after upsetting Novak Djokovic in the semifinals, Jannik Sinner won his first Grand Slam title.
Sinner had to come back from two sets down against Daniil Medvedev to win the Australian Open on Sunday, 3-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-3.
Medvedev, who began his head-to-head matches against Sinner with six straight wins, has now dropped four in a row.
