California Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein has passed away at the age of 90. She was the longest serving woman in the Senate and oldest member of Congress. Over the past several months/years she has struggled with heath issues and was planning to retire at the end of her term. The cause of death has not been made public as of Friday morning. California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom will appoint a temporary replacement until the next election for the seat.
