Missing since Friday, March 8th, authorities are still searching for 22-year-old University of Missouri student Riley Strain.
Strain was on a weekend trip to Nashville with friends/fraternity brothers when he disappeared after getting kicked out of Luke’s 32 Bridge bar around 9:38 p.m. in the downtown area.
Strain was seen on Nashville Police officer Reginald Young’s body cam video shortly after leaving the bar on Gay Street, alongside the Cumberland River. On the video, Strain had a brief exchange of greetings with Young and Strain didn’t appear to be in any type of distress. Strain hasn’t shown up on any other video surveillance after 9:52 p.m.
Strain’s debit card was found on an embankment of the Cumberland River and the last known location of his cell phone was less than a mile from a cell tower near the river.
Police haven’t found any evidence of foul play and are asking for any additional information or videos to come forward.
Strain is 6’5” tall, thin build, has light brown hair and blue eyes.
