Rockies Sign Alexander

The Colorado Rockies have signed left-handed reliever Scott Alexander to a 1 year, $2 million contract. 

Alexander posted a 2.56 ERA with 31 strikeouts over 45 relief appearances last season with the Oakland Athletics.
