The Cincinnati Reds have agreed to an MLB Draft record with the No. 2 overall draft pick.
Chase Burns signed for a record $9.25 million signing bonus with the Reds on Thursday.
Burns authored a 10-1 record with a 2.70 ERA, 191 K's (17.2 K/9) over 16 starts for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons this season.
