Reds Sign Barlow

The Cincinnati Reds have signed right-handed reliever Scott Barlow to a 1 year, $2.5 million contract. 

Over 55 innings for the Cleveland Guardians last season, Barlow posted a 4.25 ERA with 68 strikeouts.
