Rays Sign Rosario

The Tampa Bay Rays have signed infielder Amed Rosario to a 1 year,  $1.5 million contract. The deal also has $500,000 in performance bonuses. 

Rosario is expected to split time at second base, shortstop and the corner outfield positions.
