Beatles legend Paul McCartney, 82, surprised his fans in London at his “Got Back” tour when former band mate Ringo Starr, 84, appeared on the O2 Arena stage.
The two were reunited on the final night of McCartney’s worldwide tour for the first time in five years. McCartney turned to Starr and said, “Shall we Rock?” and the duo performed Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club and Helter Skelter before sharing a hug and Starr telling the crowd, “I’ve had a great night and I love you all. Thanks to this man.”
That was not the only surprise McCartney had for his fans; a member from rival band the Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Wood joined him on stage and the pair performed Get Back. A hug was shared before Wood left the stage and McCartney thanked him.
