The San Diego Padres have acquired All-Star left-handed reliever Tanner Scott and right-handed reliever Bryan Hoeing from the Miami Marlins for prospects, right-handed starter Adam Mazur, left-handed starter Robby Snelling, infielders Jay Beshears and Graham Pauley.
Scott has posted a 6-5 record with a 1.19 ERA, 53 strikeouts and 18 saves over 45 2/3 innings.
Hoeing is 1-2 with a 2.70 ERA and 25 strikeouts over 30 innings.
