Washington Capitals star, and captain Alex Ovechkin is expected to miss four-six weeks with a fracture in his left fibula.
Ovechkin collided knee to knee with Utah forward Jack McBain on Monday night.
Ovechkin was off to a hot start scoring 15 goals in the team's first 18 games. He is closing in on Wayne Gretzky's all-time record of 894 career goals. He is just 27 goals away from passing "The Great One."
