Orioles Sign Sugano

The Baltimore Orioles have signed Japanese star, right-handed pitcher Tomoyuki Sugano to a 1 year, $13 million contract. 

Sugano is coming off a dominant season with the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball, going 15-3 with a 1.67 ERA and 111 strikeouts in 156.2 innings over 24 starts winning his third Central League MVP.
