On May 1, 1967, music sensation, Elvis Presley married Pricilla Beaulieu in a private
suite at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas. The couple was said to have flown in from
Palm Springs on a private jet, arriving in Las Vegas at 4 a.m.
The couple met when Presley was stationed in Germany in 1959. Presley was 24 and
Beaulieu was 14. The two had a seven-year courtship before marrying.
The couple ended up divorcing in 1973, but Pricilla said she had no regrets and that
Elvis was “the absolute love of her life.”
