On This Day In History

On November 4, 1922, the entrance to King Tut’s tomb was discovered. Along with his work crew, Howard Carter, a British archaeologist, found a step leading into the Valley of the Kings in Egypt, which led to the tomb of King Tutankhamen. Most of the treasures found in the four-room tomb are located in the Cairo Museum.
