On This Day In History

On August 12, 1973, American golfer Jack Nicklaus won his 14th major title in the Professional Golfer’s Association (PGA). Nicklaus, nicknamed the “Golden Bear,”  and regarded as the greatest golfer of the 20th century, ended his career with a total of 18 major tournament wins and still holds that record today.
