On Tuesday, the New York Appeals Court denied President Trump's request to have his gag order overturned.
Judge Juan Merchan imposed the gag order on Trump. He forbade him from talking about Matthew Colangelo, Michael Cohen, Stormy Daniels and even the judges own daughter.
Despite the fact that she is fundraising off this trial and has raised money for several Democrats. She even has posted pictures of Trump behind bars on her X/Twitter account.
Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen have continually gone on news shows, done interviews and posted on social media and anywhere someone would listen to them and bash Trump non-stop. If Trump responds or says anything about them, that's a violation of his gag order.
Matthew Colangelo came directly from the Biden regime. He was crooked Joe Biden's number three at the Department of Justice. He then moved to help corrupt District Attorney Alvin Bragg try to create a case against President Trump. The DOJ and Bragg have denied this happened even though Colangelo gave the opening statement for this case and has questioned the prosecution's witnesses. If Trump mentions any of this, that's another violation of the gag order.
Trump has been fined $10,000 so far for violations of the gag order and was threatened with jail time by Merchan.
President Trump's attorneys had filed a request with Merchan to take the gag order off because they all continued to attack Trump and he quickly declined.
Their next move was to go to the New York Appeals Court. They declined to overturn the order also.
"The Federal Restraining Order Decision properly found that the order was necessary under the circumstances," the court wrote.
Once again a liberal court rules it's ok for anyone to continue to smear President Trump as much as they want and Trump can not defend himself. Everyone who wants to attack him has the first amendment right to say whatever they want but "Orange Man Bad" Trump does not have that right and can not defend himself. The left does not care as long as they can continue to try and damage President Trump's attempt to win back the White House.
