On Friday, the NHL, NHLPA, and the IIHF announced that the best players in the world will be back on the ice for the 2026 and 2030 Winter Olympics.
NHL players haven't appeared in the Olympics since 2014 in Sochi, Russia.
Plans were also finalized for the 4 Nations Face-off that will take place over nine days in February of 2025. It will feature the United States, Canada, Finland, and Sweden.
It will be a three game round robin before a winner take all final. The games will be played in two North American cities.
