NFL Update

Here's your update for NFL's final regular season day's happenings...


- Buffalo Bills overcome the Miami Dolphins 2.5 game December lead and take the AFC East title with their 21-14 win over the Dolphins in Miami. 


-  Tampa Bay Buccaneers clinched the NFC South title with 9-0 win over the Carolina Panthers. 


- Green Bay Packers clinched a playoff spot with their 17-9 win over the Chicago Bears. 


-  Los Angeles Rams clinched the 6th seed in NFC playoffs with their 21-20 win over the San Francisco 49ers. 


-  Dallas Cowboys clinched the NFC East with their 38-10 win over the Washington Commanders. 


- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt will miss Sunday's wild-card game against the Buffalo Bills due to a knee injury, head coach Mike Tomlin announced. 


-  Tennessee Titans fired head coach Mike Vrabel. 


-  Jacksonville Jaguars fired defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell. They also fired defensive line coach Brentson Buckner,  defensive quality control coach Sean Cullina, inside linebackers coach Tony Gilbert,  safeties coach Cody Grimm,  senior defensive assistant Rob Sutton, and  passing game coordinator/cornerbacks coach Deshea Townsend. 


-  Atlanta Falcons fired head coach Arthur Smith. 


-  Washington Commanders fired head coach Ron Rivera. 


-  Carolina Panthers fired General Manager Scott Fitterer.


-  New York Giants fired special teams coordinator Thomas McGaughey and offensive line coach Bobby Johnson. 


-  New York Giants defensive coordinator Don "Wink" Martindale is resigning.
