- Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was placed on the injured reserve list with a wrist injury and will miss at least 4 games.
- Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson will miss Sunday's game versus the Seattle Seahawks. He will remain out while he rehabs from a shoulder injury.
- San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy has entered concussion protocol. He will participate in the team's walkthrough, but backup QB Sam Darnold will take the majority of the reps.
- New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones will miss his 3rd straight game due to a neck injury.
- New York Jets cornerbacks Sauce Gardner and D.J Reed have cleared concussion protocols and will play versus the Giants on Sunday.
- The NFL has placed Kansas City Chiefs receiver Justyn Ross on the Commissioners Exempt List. Ross is not allowed to practice or attend games while on the list.
