Nationals Sign Ogasawara

The Washington Nationals have signed Japanese left-handed pitcher Shinnosuke Ogasawara to a 2 year, $3.5 million contract. 

Nationals general manager, Mike Rizzo believes the left-hander will join the Nats rotation.
