Nationals Re-Sign Finnegan

The Washington Nationals have re-signed right-handed closer Kyle Finnegan to a 1 year, $6 million contract.  

Finnegan posted a 3.68 ERA and 38 saves over 63.2 innings last season with the Nationals.
