The Michigan Supreme Court has ruled that President Donald J Trump will remain on Michigan's 2024 primary ballot.
In a brief order that denied the appeal, the court said it was "not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this court."
In a Truth Social post Trump wrote...
"The Michigan Supreme Court has strongly and rightfully denied the Desperate Democrat attempt to take the leading Candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election, me, off the ballot in the Great State of Michigan."
*** The courts order was not signed and no vote count was given.
George Soros's fund, the Rockefeller Family Fund, the Tides Foundation are among those funding the far-left group Free Speech For People. This is the group that filed the petition to have Trump removed from the ballot. The group argued that Section 3of the 14th Amendment bars Trump from holding office because of his role in allegedly leading an insurrection against the United States on January 6th, 2021.
Despite the fact that President Trump has not been found guilty and that corrupt Special Counsel Jack Smith hasn't even charged him with insurrection among all the BS charges, these mostly left-wing groups, D.A.'s, judges and with the help of the Rinos, continue to try and remove Trump from the ballot because they know they cannot beat him.
