Democrat Senator from New Jersey, Bob Menendez will be resigning on August 20th, after a Manhattan federal jury found him guilty on all charges on July 16th.
Menendez was found guilty of fraud, bribery, acting as a foreign agent and obstruction of justice.
After receiving Menendez's resignation, Democrat Governor of New Jersey, Phil Murphy will appoint an interim replacement.
