EA Sports announced that San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey will be on the cover of Madden NFL 25.
He is the first 49ers player to be on the cover in the video game franchise's history.
"This is such a cool milestone for me. And to be on the cover, I think of those people who have helped me along the way, and obviously, being the first 49ers player is really humbling when you think about how many greats have played for this organization," McCaffrey said.
Madden NFL 25 is set to be released on August 16th for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
