The Seattle Mariners have acquired designated hitter Justin Turner from the Toronto Blue Jays for outfield prospect RJ Schreck.
The Mariners will be paying the $6.7 million remaining on Turner's contract for the rest of this season.
Turner is hitting .257 with 6 HR's and 31 RBI's this season.
