Maine Removes Trump From Ballot

Shenna Bellows, the Democrat Secretary of State from Maine, has decided that President Donald Trump will be excluded from Maine's presidential primary ballot.

Bellows claims she has the right to remove Trump from the ballot under the Constitution's insurrection clause (Section 3 of the 14th Amendment).

"The evidence here demonstrates that they occurred at the behest of, and with the knowledge and support of, the outgoing President. The constitution does not tolerate an assault on the foundations of our government, and [Maine law] requires me to act in response," Bellows wrote.

There is no evidence that this is true as she claims. He has not been charged, nor convicted of any such thing.  Even the corrupt Special Counsel Jack Smith hasn't charged him with insurrection. She is clearly being an operative of the crooked Joe Biden regime trying to take his main political opponent off the ballot.

Be on the lookout for more of these corrupt Democrat Secretary of State's trying to get President Trump off the ballot because they see they can not beat him. They'll either do it on their own like Maine's Secretary of State did or use the liberal judges in their courts to rule him disqualified as they did in Colorado. When the appeals start going in Trump's favor, or he gets a favorable ruling from the United States Supreme Court, watch for the corrupt Smith to file new charges against Trump to give these crooked Democrats, using the insurrection act to remove him a new chance to claim he has now been charged so there has to be proof.

Steven Cheung, spokesperson for the Trump campaign said..

"Democrats in blue states are recklessly and unconstitutionally suspending the civil rights of the American voters by attempting to summarily remove President Trump's name from the ballot. Make no mistake, these partisan election interference efforts are a hostile assault on American Democracy."

Maine Democrat Congressman Jared Golden released a statement of Trump's removal from his state's ballot.

"I voted to impeach Donald Trump for his role in the January 6th insurrection. I do not believe he should be re-elected as President of the United States. However, we are a nation of laws, therefore until he is actually found guilty of the crime of insurrection, he should be allowed on the ballot."
