UFC heavyweight contender, Derrick Lewis was arrested for reckless driving just days before his Saturday fight at UFC Sao Paulo.
Lewis was arrested and charged with reckless driving in Houston for doing 136mph in a 50mph zone. He was detained and later released on $100 personal recognizance bond and is scheduled to appear in court on December 27th.
Court records show that Lewis was charged with "willful and wanton disregard for the safety of persons and property by driving at a high rate of speed and changing lanes in an unsafe manner."
