Latest Attraction in Vegas Set to Open in September

As if there wasn’t enough to see in bright lights in Las Vegas, wait until you catch a glimpse of the new arena/concert venue, the MSG Sphere. Located to the east side of the Venetian Resort, Paradise, Nevada, the MSG Sphere is expected to open on September 29, 2023. This multi billion-dollar project was first announced back in 2018 with ground breaking on September 27, 2018. The MSG Sphere was originally set to open in 2021, but due to the covid pandemic, it delayed construction operations for two years. With the hefty price of $2.3 billion dollars, this 18,600-seat arena has the most advanced technology, and will also be the largest spherical building in the world. The “Exosphere” has about 1.2 million LED pucks with the capability to display 256 million different colors. The Sphere is 336 feet tall and 516 feet wide. The band, U2, will open up the Sphere when it debuts in late September.
