Pop superstar, Justin Timberlake was arrested on Monday night on one DWI charge in Sag Harbor, New York. Timberlake, 43, was arraigned around 9:30 a.m. He was released from custody later Tuesday morning.
Sag Harbor is part of the Hamptons, on the eastern coast of Long Island, NY.
Timberlake was said to have been coming from dinner at The American Hotel in Sag Harbor and heading to a friend’s house when he was pulled over.
Suffolk County district attorney’s office said Timberlake is due back in court for a hearing on Friday, July 26.
