The Cleveland Guardians have acquired outfielder Lane Thomas from the Washington Nationals for prospects, shortstop Rafael Ramirez, third baseman Jose Tena and left-hander Alex Clemney.
Thomas is hitting .253 with 16 doubles, 40 RBI's and 28 steals this season.
