Grambling State Goes to OT to Win in First Four

March Madness is officially underway...


The Southwestern Atlantic Conference Champs, the Grambling State Tigers rallied from 14 points down to beat the Montana State Bobcats 88-81 in overtime to earn its first NCAA Tournament win in program history. 


Timely Cofer led the Tigers with 19 points. Jourdan Smith and Antwan Burnett each added 18 points. 


Robert Ford led all scorers with 26 points and Brian Goracke added 15 points for the Bobcats. 


The Tigers advance into the round of 64 as the #16 seed in the Midwest Region to take on the #1 seed Purdue Boilermakers.
