Georgia Judge Scott McAfee has thrown out two counts against President Donald Trump in his bogus "election interference" case and a third count against his allies on Thursday.
McAfee announced that the three counts no longer stand because they involved accusations of perjury or false statements under federal jurisdiction.
"Because Counts 14, 15, and 27 lie beyond this State's jurisdiction and must be quashed, the Defendants' motion to dismiss the indictment under the Supremacy Clause are granted in part."
The case has been postponed until after the election.
