Forever 21 operators plan to have its approximately 354 leased locations closed by the end of April. Once all the closing sales are completed, the stores will lock their doors.

Although Forever 21 plans on closing its stores, if a potential buyer for its assets emerges, then the company may pivot away from the wind-down of store operations, the spokesperson added.
