Female Managers Help Build Workplace Bonds

Updated: Jul 3

In a recent study, researchers at Harvard Business School found that female managers help build better workplace bonds, especially when men and women are working together.

Researchers found that women managers build stronger relationships, which lead to better communication, productivity and organization.

Data also showed that women “outshined” men when it came to rapport, by creating optimal schedules, looking out for employees interests and discussing and reaching goals.

The study said it didn’t mean that men aren’t good managers too, but it does suggest that when men and women share an office, it was best having a woman in charge.
