According to law enforcement on Thursday, movie ticket firm Fandango founder, Michael Cline jumped to his death from the Kimberly Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
Authorities said Cline jumped from the 20th floor in an apparent suicide and was found in the courtyard on the third floor on Tuesday.
Cline was 64 years old and a father of six. He left Fandango a few years ago.
In a note left behind, Cline wrote...
"So sorry. I can't explain the pain of f*** up this much. I love you all."
