With their trade for Markstrom, the New Jersey Devils have finally found their goalie.
The Devils traded defenseman Kevin Bahl and a top 10 protected 2025 first round draft pick to the Calgary Flames for goaltender Jacob Markstrom.
Calgary will be paying 31.25% of Markstrom's salary, making his cap hit just $4.125 million for the next two seasons for New Jersey.
