According to a recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, taking a daily multivitamin can help slow cognitive decline.
The two-year study consisted of 600 people who were given cognitive and memory tests. Half of the group was given the multivitamin and the other half was given a placebo.
Researchers found the people who took the multivitamin scored a little higher on the tests.
Another study done last year also showed people taking a multivitamin scored higher on a word recall test.
