The Chicago Cubs have signed infielder Justin Turner to a 1 year, $6 million contract.
The deal includes another $2.5 million in performance incentives.
Turner hit .259 with 11 HR's, 24 doubles, and 55 RBI's over 139 games last season with the Toronto Blue Jays and Seattle Mariners.
