Corrupt Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has filed court papers on Tuesday, April 16th, allegging President Donald Trump violated the judge's gag order.
"This Court should again admonish defendant to comply with his obligations under the order. And finally, this Court should warn defendant that future violations of this Court's restrictions on his extrajudicial statements can be punished not only with additional fines but also with a term of incarceration of up to thirty days," Bragg wrote.
They want Trump fined $1,000 per violation.
Crooked Judge Marchan scheduled a hearing on the motion for April 23rd.
Marchan and Bragg have been blatantly obvious that this is a political hit job on President Trump. The judge ordered the gag order after Trump was talking out against witnesses, attorneys and others involved in the case. Despite the fact that everyone Trump has been posting and talking about are on TV every day bashing Trump, paying groups to run attack ads against him and making posts about him on social media. The crooked judge says they can say whatever they want, but Trump can't talk or post defending himself.
The weaponized Justice Department and Justice System are clearly working together to interfere in the 2024 Presidential election to do anything they can to stop Trump. This corrupt regime is leading the charge against his political opponent.
President Trump's lawyer Emil Bove spoke at an emergency hearing last week and said....
"The First Amendment harms arising from this gag order right now are irreparable."
Bove argued that President Trump shouldn't be muzzled while critics routinely assail him.
